THE ‘COMPASS ALIGNMENT’ FEATURE

This feature was designed to improve the usability of an in-house 3D image capturing app for a property marketing company, further details under NDA.

AIM :

Improve the way compass data is entered.

OUTCOME :

Initially, I conducted multiple interviews to understand the pain points of stakeholders across the company. Taking into consideration feedback from clients, operations and the customer service team to develop concepts and solutions.

I started prototyping and collecting user feedback along the way. After testing and refining the product, the feature was implemented to the app, adopted by users as the new method of recording compass data. A more time efficient, user-friendly, reliable and accurate way of recording compass data than the previous analog methods that were being used.
