POINT 25 - LIBRARY EXPLORATION / APP design

WEBSITE MOCKUP THUMBNAIL.jpg

BRIEF:

Students are visiting libraries much less and 'The M25 Consortium' wanted a way to engage students to explore libraries.

SOLUTION:

This app works alongside the M25 consortium to help students explore topics that interest them. Using this app, you will be able to find various collections at a range of museums, based on your interests.

Journeys will be generated according to your chosen topics.  What you will see depends on the path you choose - you will be given details of time, distance, ratings for the journey by previous users and information of recommended collections.

Each journey has a set amount of points you can earn. Points are earned by travelling from location to location, until you reach a library.  At each location, you will be given unique information about the landmark presented.  This information will link back to your areas of interest. You will also be recommended a reading list (available at your museum destination) relevant to the information provided at the individual location, which you could bookmark as reference for later.

You also have the option to save a point of interest in your 'favourites', should you wish to visit again or look back on the landmark information provided to you.

Once you’ve reached 80 points, you’ll receive a £25 book voucher and M25 consortium goodies.
